Claim Services

At Hilb Group we pride ourselves on our unique risk management approach where we review our clients' claims on a regular basis and position ourselves as a liaison between the insurance company and our client. 

This enables us to ensure our clients are getting the highest level of service from the insurer.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Claim Review & Administration

    • Contact adjusters as needed for status/review of claims for changes or closings

    • Update monthly reports with open claim status and loss analysis

  • Management of Claims​

    • Review claims handling for efficiency and expeditious closings​

    • Assist with claims investigation 

    • Analyze the claims and make recommendations

    • Identify injury trends, repeat claimants, frequency trends, and training issues

    • Routinely meet with Regional Management for loss control purposes

    • Provide timely reports including the following:​

      • Financial Statements

      • Large Loss Summary

      • Loss Trend Analysis

      • Building Appraisal

      • Advances against a claim
